1. Warranty Coverage

Your custom gaming PC comes with a three (3) year limited warranty on parts and labor from the date of the original purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.
This warranty covers defects in the hardware components of the system under normal use and does not extend to software, including but not limited to the operating system, drivers, and any third party software. This warranty does not cover any form of accidental or physical damage.
The warranty remains valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Limitations

This warranty will be void if any of the following conditions are met:
• Any of the hardware components have been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by unauthorized resellers.
• Damage caused from water, fires, misuse, negligence, loss, theft, or abuse.
• Any accidental damages
• Any damage caused by electrical surges, natural disasters, or other acts of God.
• Faults caused by using software or equipment not approved for use with the product

3. Replacement or Repair

In the event of a defect covered under this warranty, the component part will either be repaired or replaced, at our sole discretion, with a component that is functionally at least equivalent to the original part. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, and will meet or exceed the specifications of the original part.
We cannot guarantee the availability of original parts for repair or replacement, nor can we provide a specific timeframe for the completion of repairs or replacement.

4. Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any defective component for repair or replacement, you must first receive Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, please contact us and provide details of the issue you are experiencing. After approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective part.
Any returns sent without prior RMA authorization may be rejected and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
